Mini BBQ Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

  • 4 Naan Bread
  • 1 Cup Favorite BBQ Sauce
  • 2 Cups Cooked Chicken, Shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
  • 2-3 Cups Colby Jack Cheese, Shredded
  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro, Finely Chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • On two large baking sheets spread out naan bread.
  • Spoon on BBQ sauce over the top.
  • Top with shredded chicken, sliced onion and then sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Drizzle with a little more BBQ sauce and sprinkle with cilantro.  
  • Slice and serve hot.
