Cilantro Lime Dressing
Cilantro Lime Dressing is a creamy and fresh recipe made with only a few ingredients. Drizzle over my Pulled Pork Salad.

- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Green Enchilada Sauce Mild
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 2 TBSP Lime Juice Freshly Sqeezed
- 1 Pkt Hidden Valley Ranch Dry Mix
- 1/2 Cup Cilantro Fresh
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and pulse until completely blended. About 60 seconds.
Store in an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator.
Dressing keeps for up to 7 days.
